MISSION STATEMENT

IBBC is a Christ-centered, Bible based ministry which seeks to reach the total man: body, soul, and spirit. Our goal can be summed up in 4 words:
Evangelism – To reach the lost at any cost and experience the Grace of Salvation forever.
Edification – To build up each individual to maturity and Christian Service.
Enhancement (Spiritual) – To teach and equip God’s children for personal improvement towards effectual ministration to others.
Encouragement – To provide comfort to the hurting, strength to the weary, medical treatment to the needy, and food to the hungry. All these we try to accomplish to give glory to our God, whose Grace enables us to communicate His love.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

  1. We believe in the Bible as the infallible Word of God, the only basis of our faith and practice. II Tim. 3:16-17; II Peter 1:19-21
  2. We believe that Salvation is only by Grace through Faith alone. It calls for repentance towards God and Faith towards the Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8; Romans 5:1
  3. We believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, conceived by the Holy Ghost, without human father. Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23
  4. We believe in the atonement through His blood. I John 1:7; Hebrews 9:22
  5. We believe that there’s only one living and true God and in the Unity of the Godhead there are three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Psalm 90:2; Isaiah 45:9-18; Ephesians 2:4
  6. We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. John 1:1, 14; Philippians 2:7
  7. We believe in the Person and work of the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead. John 16:7-11; Ephesians 1:13-14
  8. We believe in the personality of Satan and the reality of sin. Isaiah 14:12; Ezekiel 28:14-17
  9. We believe in the eternal heaven as the destiny of the believers and eternal hell for the unsaved. John 14:1-3; Luke 16
  10. We believe in the local New Testatment Church, founded by the Lord Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry. Matthew 16:18,; Matthew 28: 19-20
  11. We believe in the bodily, personal second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His saints. It is pre-mellenial and pre-tribulational. Matthew 24; Luke 21; I Thess. 4:13-18
  12. We believe in God’s Sovereign Grace and His absolute will. Romans 11:5; John 1:13
  13. We believe in the doctrine of separation from worldliness and doctrinal error. Psalm 1; Amos 3:3
  14. We believe in the Great Commission as given to the local Church to reach the lost until He finally comes. Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15
